Day trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech

The 110m-high Ouzoud waterfall is the largest and most picturesque in Morocco. The waterfall is situated in the middle of a green valley planted with olive, almond, and fig trees. Its name translates from Berber as “the sound of grinded grain”. Indeed, there are many mills around the falls to this day.

The journey to the falls from Marrakech takes about 2.5 hours (150km) and winds through spectacular mountain scenery.

On the way, you will enjoy diverse landscapes and Berber villages until you reach at the waterfalls. After that, you will descend to enjoy the falls from an Amazing platform below. You’ll have free time for lunch. After lunch, You’ll climb up to the Monkeys, and Barbary apes, you will feed them and play with them.
These waterfalls are 120 Meters high, located near the Middle Atlas mountains and 155 km northeast of Marrakech.
