Trip Itinirary:

Day 1 : Arrival at Tangier Airport - Visit City - travel To chefchouane
Our 10 days Tangier desert tour starts by picking you up at the Airport and take you around Tangier and explore some of the city’s sights. We then travel to Chefchaouen and stop at the Caves of Hercules. We then head towards Tetouan, the Berber name meaning “eye”. In Chefchaouen we will visit the town and its picturesque medina. Known as the “City of the Blue Gate”, Chefchaouen is one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco. The beauty of the city combined with its peaceful atmosphere makes Chefchaouen very attractive. Accommodation will be in a hotel in Chefchaouen.
Day 2 : Chefchouane Travel to fes Via Volubilis
After breakfast we leave Chefchaouen and travel to Fez. On the way we will stop to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis. These ruins remained largely intact until an earthquake damaged them in the mid-18th century. We then travel to Meknes, one of the four royal cities, where we visit the famous El Hedim Square, the tomb of Sultan Moulay Ismail and the old medina before arriving in Fez. Accommodation will be similar to the Riad Janor in Fez.
Day 3 : Explore with local Guide
After breakfast at the hotel, your local guide will show you the most spectacular sites of the oldest royal city. We will visit the outer part of Mera, the Medina and the Kairain Mosque. The Kairain Mosque, Morocco’s holiest and second largest mosque. You will visit Karouin University, the oldest continuously operating university in the world, and Medrasa BouInania, Morocco’s most famous quoraniq school.Finally, you will visit the tanneries of Chouara. Lunch will be served in a typical Medinan restaurant. in the evening transfer you back to hotel.
day 4 : Fes Travel to Merzouga desert
After breakfast at the hotel, the journey continues with an early departure from Fez. From Fez we depart to Ifran, Morocco’s little Switzerland, where we will stop and explore this enchanting town. Afterwards, the beautifully landscaped cedar forest of Azrao is home to the endangered Barbary macaques, monkeys in fact. Once you arrive. This will be a great opportunity to photograph trees in Morocco, the cedar forests of Azrou and the wild monkeys. Lunch will be served in a typical restaurant of Midelt – the city of apples and minerals. We will continue our journey towards the Zizi Valley, where we will stop for a photo stop amidst the panoramic view of the Zizi River valley. Then Erfoud, where you will visit the old date market and fossil workers.
Day 5 : Explore Sahara Desert - Off Road - Camel Trekking
After breakfast we will visit the Erg Chebbi area. Khamila: a small village in the desert, next to the largest dune of Erg Chebbi, where we will visit a Berber dwelling and listen to the original West African gnawa music. Then Rissani: visit the oasis town of Rissani, near the northwestern edge of the Sahara desert. It is also the capital of Tafilalet. Risani is famous for its market or souk. You will visit the famous Rissani market where you will find jewellery, souvenirs, souvenirs, spices, arts and crafts. During your time in Rissani, you will eat a traditional Moroccan pizza called “Medfouna”. You will then return to your hotel in Merzouga to prepare for the journey to Elge Chebbi, and then return by camel to your desert camp where you will spend the second night under the stars.
Day 6 : Travel to Ouarzazate from Merzouga desert
Early morning, after breakfast, leave camp at sunrise and leave the desert by camel and return to the starting point. You will then return to your hotel for a shower and breakfast. You will retrieve your luggage before returning to Ouarzazate. We will visit the Jorf irrigation canal and then continue our journey to the Todgha Gorge, where we will stop to see the highest gorge in Morocco. We will then cross the Valley of Roses, where we will visit a women’s cooperative where we will find a variety of roses and biological products. In the afternoon, we arrive in Ouarzazate, where we stay overnight and have dinner at a hotel in Ouarzazate.
Day 7 : Ouarzazate to Ait Ben Haddou to High Atlas
After breakfast, we visit the Kasbah Taourirte and the Atlas and CLA studios, where many films were made and became the Hollywood of Africa, such as Lawrence of Arabia and Sahara. After heading towards Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou, we cross the Tizi Ntichka Pass at 2260 meters. After continuing our journey, we stop at Taddart for lunch at a panoramic restaurant in the village of Berber. After lunch, Then continue our 10 days tangier desert tour to Marrakech. Once you arrive in Marrakech, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 8 : Marrakech Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by our guide and driver to explore the city of Marrakech, where you will have the opportunity to explore the magnificent old medina. You will see the Mayoral Gardens, home to over 15 species of birds common to North Africa, as well as many fountains and a striking collection of cacti. This garden was owned by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Berger from 1980 to 2008, and when Yves Saint Laurent died in 2008, his ashes were scattered in the Jardin Majorelle. You will also visit the most popular monuments of Marrakech, the mausoleum of the Saad dynasty, the Koutoubia Mosque and the new city of Marrakech, Gueliz.
Day 9 : Marrakech To Rabat Via Casablanca
In the morning after breakfast, we depart for Casablanca. Casablanca is the largest city in Morocco and one of the largest financial centers on the African continent. It is considered the economic and commercial center of Morocco and is the main base of the Royal Moroccan Navy. We take a panoramic tour of the city and visit the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in North Africa and the 13th largest mosque in the world. After lunch, we travel to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Upon arrival in Rabat, we will visit Odayas Kasbah, the Shelah Gardens, the Hassan Tower and the Mohammed V Museum.
Day 10 : Rabat to Tangier Airport
After breakfast, you will leave Rabat and travel by car to Tangier. Once you arrive in Tangier, you will be transferred to your hotel or the Airport to end your 10 days Tangier desert tour
