Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat:
We pick you up from the airport in Casablanca and start our trip of 15 days Morocco tour from Casablabca , by visiting the Hassan II Mosque, the largest outside of Mecca! after we will drive the along coast of Cornwall, on our way to Rabat’s capital of Morocco. where you will visit the Hassan Tower, which is the unfinished mosque, which was expected to be the largest one in North Africa, then take a short walk through the Kasbah Oudaya, before checking in to the hotel, in the heart of the Medina, Overnight in the Hotel.
Day 2: Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes
After having breakfast at a hotel, we travel to Meknes, another imperial city of Morocco. known’ as the Ismaili capital of Morocco. In Meknes, you will visit one of the most amazing gates in the world, Bab Mansour, it’s was built at the opening of the 18th century, and the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. After lunch, we will continue to Volubilis, the well preserved Roman ruins dating site to 25bC.
Then we will drive toward Fez through the foothills of the Rif mountains and arrive at your accommodation in Fes. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 3: Fes – Fes
breakfast at your hotel, we start to explore the earliest city in Morocco. Explore its narrow streets and alleys. Our tour begins by visiting the door of the Royal Palace, the Jewish club, and the first-ever Mellah built in Morocco. and we will make sure to visit all places with historical and artistic attractions, including the Great Al Karaouine University, the oldest in the country, tanneries, and Attarine Museum. after lunch, you will visit the famous ceramics industry and experience a beautiful panoramic view over the Medina of Fes, then back to the hotel
Day 4: Fez – Ifran – Anti Atlas – Midelt
After an early breakfast at your hotel, we leave Fes and drive across the plains of Saiss towards the cedar forests of the middle Atlas mountain past Ifrane, known as “the Switzerland version city of Morocco due to the unique adobe architecture. and enter the world of the Berber people as we pass several of the mountain villages. Afterward, we will travel through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt and along the magnifcentZiz Gorges carved through volcanic rock. Overnight in guesthouse.
Day 5: Midelt – Errachidia – Merzouga:
After breakfast at the hotel, we travel toward Errachidia and Erfoud to Merzouga. We drive through the Ziz gorge, and we will have a panoramic view of the high plateau Atlas, seeing how the scene changes to reveal clues as a desert near the city of Errachidia. Here you have to eat, and we enjoy the Berber hospitality.
We drive through the lush canyon of Ziz, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. Arriving in the afternoon at Merzouga, you will be welcome with a cup of mint tea before checking in to your hotel.
Day 6: Visit Merzouga Desert and Camel trek
After breakfast at the hotel, we visit the Gnawa (black-skinned people) independently, slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle. After, we will drive in the desert area to visit nomad families to explore their way of life. Today our lunch will be a traditional meal ( pizza Berber) with a local family. in the afternoon, it’s time for a camel ride, guided by an experienced camel guide. You will be guided, into the Merzouga sand sea. Dinner is in front of the Berber tent, where you will spend the night under billions of stars ( the camp is provided with Flash-toilets and a shower).
Day 7: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Wake up early in the morning to see the spectacular and beautiful sunrise in the desert. After breakfast, enjoy a fresh shower and open-air breakfast at the edge of the desert overlooking the Dunes, then continue our 15 days Morocco tour from Casablanca to Tinghir, and Todra gorges, the taller narrow Gorges in Morocco. We will take a short walk on the promenade before continuing to Essaouira. The coastal range offers a beautiful landscape, an area important for the Argan. Day 11: Essaouira – Essaouira:
After Breakfast in a Riad, before starting our journey in the city. We visit the fortress of Skala, the gate of the market. “and we will see Thuya wood carved by artists, walking the streets of the “Medina, and the number of crafts. Essaouira is known as the “city windy” and therefore attracts surfers from all over the world. Essaouira has been known for many advancements including, the Portuguese occupation, which afflicts much of its architecture, and it remains a small town full of history. Day 12: Essaouira – Marrakech:
Early in the morning, we drive to Marrakech. By the way, you can sense specific collectives of Argan oil, and on the way, we will stand to enjoy the landscape around us and take pictures. By the early afternoon, we will arrive in Marrakech, where you can make the meeting with this imperial city by wandering around. Day 13: Visit Marrakech:
