Trip Itinerary

To Start your tour by exploring Casablanca Morocco’s largest city and economic center with a population of over 4 million. The Port of Casablanca is one of the largest man-made ports in the world. Casablanca got its name from a Portuguese sailor who visited the area on a coastal trip and saw a small white house on the Amfa hill, which he identified as the site. The city then remained under French protection until Morocco gained independence in 1956. We will start our tour from the Duke of Moulay-Abdellah Street, located in the center of the new city, passing the Plaza Mohammed V with its Andalusian facade. We will then visit the Old Medina, the United Nations Square, the Hassan II Mosque, the Marina Center, and the Twin Centers. Overnight at the hotel and dinner.

Very close to Moulay Idriss is the country’s most important archaeological site, Volubilis. This city began to develop after the Roman conquest of 40-45 AD. After breakfast. Departure with our local guide to visit Fez, the oldest imperial city, founded in the 8th century and traditionally the spiritual capital of the country and the center of science and art. Fez actually consists of three towns: Fez el-Bali, Fez el-Jedid, a new 13th-century town housing the Mellach (Jewish Quarter) and the Royal Palace, and the New French Village. It was declared a World Heritage Site in 1976. Recommended places to visit: Piazza Bujlud, located between Fes el Bali and Fes el Jedid; Serrajin Square, the medina and the El Attarin souk; the 14th-century Madrasa Attarin or the 14th-century water clock; the tannery quarter (Eshuara), which is the largest and most colorful of all. In Fes el Jedid: The Mechuar, an 18th-century royal quarter full of street performances, the Royal Palace, and the Jewish Quarter.
